GFi FAXmaker is a cost-effective solution which minimizes the
need for manual faxing by using the existing email infrastructure to
send and receive faxes. On 4 October 2007, GFi announced the launch
of a new version of its leading fax server solution GFi FAXmaker.
The GFi FAXmaker 14 now integrates with Microsoft Exchange
2007 as well as with the Brooktrout SR140 Fax over IP
(FoIP) solution, and offers support for 64-bit Microsoft
operation systems (OS) and VISTA.

What's new in GFi FAXmaker 14?
 Instead of reserving the special features of previous
versions, GFi FAXmaker 14 now offers more new features to redeem the
deficiencies of the previous versions of GFi FAXmaker as
well.
- Support for Microsoft Exchange 2007. Please note that only the
64-bit production version of Exchange 2007 is supported, the
32-bit test version is not supported.
- Support for Microsoft Windows Vista in the GFi FAXmaker
Client.
- The GFi FAXmaker ReportPack is now included with the product
at no additional cost.
- XMLAPI - a new API for system integrators to provide solutions
built on top of GFi FAXmaker.
- Support for total pages merge field in coverpages.
- Significant improvements in document conversion stability.
- Revamped NetPrintQueue2Fax to improve performance and
stability.
- Support for Microsoft Office 2007 out-of-the- box.
